Read the warning, then buy one thing
Most stuck runs are one of three messages. Buy the upgrade that matches the message. Buying all three at once is how early Cash disappears.
Too cold, or health is falling
You outclimbed Climb Higher. Teleport home while you still have the bag. Spend the next Cash on warmth, not on a pickaxe you cannot stay high enough to use. Session reports put the first warning near 280 meters, and a later warning nearer 380 meters after upgrades. Trust the warning on your screen.
Backpack Full
You are safe, but weight is full. Sell at the Gem Buyer or buy Carry More. Another warmth level does not add kilograms. A crystal you cannot pick up is heavier than the bag, which is a capacity problem, not a rarity problem. One session left a 54 kg crystal on the ground after a small backpack upgrade.
The rock will not break
A pickaxe-level warning, or a formation that does not lose health, means the tool is below the requirement. The published example is the Mossite Boulder at 308.8K HP, which wants the Titanium Breaker. Swinging longer with Rusted Scrapper does not replace that gate in the reports that name it.
Rarity feels bad
Check three things before you blame luck. Are you still mining the foothills? Digging down does not raise rarity. Is Crystal Filter hiding the grades you still need to sell? Did you garden every crystal and leave nothing for the shop? The group bonus is only +1 Mining Luck. It is not a substitute for altitude.
A code did nothing
There is no confirmed code, and no confirmed code box. Strings from other mining games will fail here. Do not install a redeemer or paste a script to force a reward.
The hour changed and the mountain looks different
That matches the official hourly zone and the reported Mountain RNG list. Sell, read the new board, and climb only as high as warmth allows. There is no published preview of the next name.
